Where is your Cidery located? Big B’s is located in Hotchkiss, Colorado.
Tell us about your business. Big B's has been making organic apple juice in Colorado since 1973, and added hard cider to our company in 2010. We are currently distributed across the Colorado and the U.S. We take pride in our working relationships with local Colorado orchards and strive to use local and organic ingredients as often as possible. We press all of our apples in house and usually all of the apple juice that goes into our fermenters was pressed just hours earlier. Come see us at Delicious Orchards, where you can you can pick seasonal fruit, have lunch, listen to live music and relax. We also host an annual Hard Cider Festival every October. Tell us about the cider! We have 4 flagship flavors and around 12 more seasonal and limited edition ciders each year. We just released our Grizzly Brand Hard Cider in 12 oz 4 pack cans, which is a new format, as it was previously only sold in 750 ml bottles. Grizzly is a bourbon barrel aged hard cider with some nice smoky tones and vanilla notes.
